Sandblasted acrylic with stepped shoulders meets wood in layered planes, recalling the stillness and depth of Arctic ice. When illuminated, light moves gently through the form, unfolding in soft layers and giving presence to the lens itself. The Beaufort Vertical R5 rotates this element into a circular composition, creating an orbital expression of light. Suspended vertically, it becomes a lantern.

Joshua ★★★★★

The layered planes really do mirror Arctic ice—even unlit, the sandblasted acrylic has that quiet, frosty depth. Once I switched it on, the light spreads through the stepped shoulders so gently that the whole room feels calmer.

Claire ★★★★★

I was skeptical about the wood and acrylic combo, but the stepped shoulders catch the light in a way that feels really intentional and calming. It’s not too heavy, and the soft glow it casts is exactly what our reading nook needed.

Kevin ★★★★★

I hung this over my dining table and the way the light steps down through the sandblasted acrylic at night is genuinely calming. The wood layers feel solid, not flimsy like I half expected for the price.
